WELCOME TO A SPECIAL PLACE
Positioned in the centre of the township, many of Daylesford’s attractions are within easy walking distance. Step off the property directly onto Wombat Hill and find your way through the lush Botanic Garden pathways to The Convent Gallery on the opposite corner; perhaps stopping in for coffee at Wombat Hill House along the way, after more scenic views from the lookout tower. Or perhaps a stroll down to the Daylesford Sunday Market and a train ride out to Passing Clouds Winery and Cellar Door on the Spa Country Railway is more your style. Local institution the Farmers Arms Hotel is just a skip further, while famed artist David Bromley’s Boon Bromley studio on East Street is almost a stone’s throw away, should unique artisan furniture pique your interest.

ABOUT US
Our unqiue home extends across two internal levels, flowing to expansive outdoor decking and stairways within the property’s garden. Private access to the stunning natural ambience of the Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens awaits, or simply enjoy this peaceful atmosphere by absorbing the surrounding living environment without ever having to leave.
BEDROOMS
Accommodating up to 10 guests (12 with optional sofa bed) Daybreaker features plush carpeting in the four bedrooms, each with equally unique vistas and hand-crafted décor.
BATHROOMS
The main bathroom is beautifully contemporary and functional, featuring a double spa bath, heated towel rail and large walk in shower. An additional bathroom or powder room features a large walk in shower and separate toilet.
KITCHEN
The open kitchen is equipped with a 90cm Smeg electric oven and gas fired hob, dishwasher and family sized 500 litre fridge / freezer. Stone benchtops throughout create a huge island style counter with stool seating. Equipped with modern appliances and utensils.
DINING
Adjacent to the kitchen proudly stands a long dining table, large enough to seat all your guests on Danish inspired dining chairs. Custom feature floor lighting adds a contemporary touch.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
The main lounge area provides plush couch seating surrounding a real flame gas log fireplace. An entertainment space features internet enabled TV and a collection of board games. This area allows for a Queen size sofa bed for extra guests if requested, who can utilise the additional bathroom in the adjoining room.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The South facing deck boasts panoramic views across the Daylesford countryside. Multiple outdoor tables provide seated dining under umbrellas or stool-based counters to soak in the view. The rear terrace features a gas BBQ and various outdoor lounging options, tucked underneath the majestic tree-line.
